Miss Parker and Broots arrive to Las Vegas, Nevada and settle in the honeymoon suite of the "Fun City Motel". Miss Parker isn't very happy and Broots reminds her that it wasn't Jarod who sent them there; Broots intercepted an e-mail from a friend of his that recommended this motel. Miss Parker takes off her jacket and lays down in bed, with a glass of whiskey in her hand. She orders Broots to watch every movement and not to fall asleep.

In the next morning, Miss Parker starts to wake up and, as we see the rest of the room, we realize - and so does Miss Parker - that Broots is in the bed with her! They're both in shock: Miss Parker doesn't know how she ended up in there, but Broots seems rather pleased.

Jarod starts to narrate the episode saying that he has only bad luck. Then, we see him locked in a big refrigeration room with Argyle and his dog. Three days before, Jarod is in Richard "Dick" Dixon's office, a private detective. Argyle, not knowing that it is Jarod, tries to attack him. While Argyle begs Jarod to help him, a man carrying a pistachio ice-cream arrives and believes that Jarod is Dick Dixon. Jarod receives a punch for that. Listening to Jarod again, he says that Argyle did the cleaning and that Dick Dixon ran away from town a year ago.

A week before, Argyle was cleaning the office, when a girl, named Mona, arrived asking for help on behalf of Dirty Willie. Mona carries a tin of coins for Dixon and says that these coins are everything Dirty Willie left. Argyle lies, saying that he is Dick Dixon's partner, because he is in love with Mona. Therefore, he accepts the job to protect Dirty Willie. Argyle goes to the club where Mona works and sees Dirty Willie hanged dead on the ceiling. Because he is in panic, he doesn't get to see the killer and runs out of there.

Back to the three days before, to the man with the pistachio ice-cream, Jarod says that he doesn't know about Mona's whereabouts. The man says that he's name is Mike and that he is her brother. Jarod promises him that he'll keep him informed if they discover where she is. Argyle convinces Jarod to let him participate on the investigation and he says that Mona is "the one".

In the honeymoon suite, Miss Parker still doesn't want to believe. Broots says that he was staring at the window when she looked him with eyes like she wanted to do the midnight creep. Sydney calls to know how is everything going and informs them that he'll be there tomorrow with Lyle and Raines. Miss Parker walks to the bathroom, wrapped in a sheet and threatening Broots on the way. Broots is outraged because she doesn't consider his feelings and asks her what is it that she finds so bad in him. Miss Parker opened the bathroom door and pushes him onto the bed, saying that she doesn't want a loser like him for her. She gets back into the bathroom and Broots tells her that she's right, because the only risk he ever wanted to take was to massage her neck in her office when she had her night migraine. His little speech works, for Miss Parker returns and kisses Broots, before they fall to the bed again.

Jarod and Argyle meet Benny, Argyle's father, a big Wayne Newton's fan, that is going to be at the golf tournament. Benny is composing a son to dedicate him, because that was Adela's biggest wish.

In the club where Argyle saw Dirty Willie hanging dead, Jarod and Argyle meet a man named Nick (he too punches Jarod). Nick finally gives them Mona's address. When Argyle and Jarod reach the apartment, they find it pretty rummaged. A policeman is sitting on the couch and demands to know their identities. Once more, Jarod says he is Dick Dixon and gets ready to receive one more punch, but that doesn't happen this time. The agent, Wyatt, says they received a phone call, but when they reached the spot they couldn't find Mona. They deduce she was kidnapped.

In the honeymoon suite again, Sydney arrives and Broots opens the door to him, telling him that things are going to be different from now on. But Miss Parker, that was in the bathroom, enters the room and yells at Broots, as always. Sydney says that they're registered on separate suites in "Caesar's" and is sent away immediately. Broots is feeling hurt, once again, but Miss Parker says that she can let the others know about them. Broots asks her to call him "puff daddy" and she does. Then, he turns on the hi-fi and starts to imitate the speaker in playback, while dancing in a "funky" way in front of her. The scene ends in bed again. Jarod tells Argyle that Willie is showing signs of hypothermia, which isn't very regular in Las Vegas, and concludes that the prime suspect of his death his Constantine Falzone. Therefore, Jarod decides to learn to play golf, because Falzone is a great player and he would challenge him (while learning - which is hilarious - Jarod watches a video made by Sam Van Sickle). Once in the golf field, Jarod is taken to meet Falzone and gets punched in the process. Jarod accuses Falzone of murdering Willie and kidnapping Mona, but he says that he only knew that Dirty Willie had problems with the "Frost Brothers", but he doesn't know them though.

Changing scene again, Broots arrives to the honeymoon suite carrying a tin with a gardenia in it, but doesn't notice he isn't alone. When he looks around, in the room with him are Miss Parker, Mr. Lyle and Mr. Raines. Lyle shows him a picture of Jarod taken at the airport and says that it's time they get back. But Broots isn't convinced and confronts Lyle saying that he's going to stay with Miss Parker, because he has reasons to believe that Jarod is still in Las Vegas. So, Lyle and Raines leave the suite. Then, Miss Parker tells Broots that they'd better catch Jarod.

Benny tells Jarod about the night when he and Adela saw Wayne Newton - it was the night when they conceived Argyle. He is said because he wasn't able to play his music for him and because of Argyle, that is miserable without his Mona.

Jarod and Argyle talk to Nick again and Wyatt tries to punch Jarod, because they ruined months of police investigation. They learn where is the the "Frost Brother's" fridge and they head there. Mona is being held in the fridge. There are also boxes of pistachio ice-cream. When they're leaving, Wyatt, the policeman and the man that claimed to be Mona's brother arrive and lock them inside the fridge, taking Mona with them. They want to know what was Willie hiding and, when they're about to leave, Mona says to Argyle not to give them one coin. Jarod is intrigued by this and Argyle explains that, for the first time he saw Mona, she gave him a tin with coins that belonged to Dirty Willie. Jarod calls them and ends up in Dick Dixon's office. In this tin there's a tape, in which Willie said that Wyatt was taking money from him. Jarod confesses that he's not really Dick Dixon and then punches him in the face, putting him unconscious. When Wyatt wakes up his hands are tied to the desk with duct tape. Jarod threats him and Wyatt orders to let Mona go, and then he is arrested by the FBI.

While Broots and Miss Parker wait for Jarod to show up, she goes to the bathroom and leaves Broots alone in the room. Broots sees Jarod parking his car and when Miss Parker gets out of the bathroom, thinking about the end of her career (as well as her life), she finds Jarod tied to a chair. Broots caught him! Then, she moves closer to Broots and Jarod is clearly upset for having to watch that kind of scenes. Miss Parker pushes Broots onto the bed and says that it's time to fulfill one of her fantasies - Miss Parker loves bald man. Then, she calls "Mr. Wiggles" and Mr. Raines gets out of the bathroom, dressed in only a leopard skin Speedo, socks and shoes! If Jarod hadn't like the previous scene, then now he is even more disgusted! Raines starts dancing like Broots was before and approaches Broots, that is in bed grabbing a pillow before he starts to scream.

Broots is being awaked by Miss Parker with a bucket of water. He fell asleep while he was watching through the window! Miss Parker asks him what a "puff daddy" is and then leaves him still waking up from his dream. When she leaves, Broots notices a glass with a gardenia in it on the table, what leaves him very confused.

In the next scene, Benny receives the visit of Wayne Newton, that says that remembers Adela. It's the right time for Wayne to hear the song that Benny did for him. They speak a little more about Adela and the way she was their inspiration and then say goodbye. When Newton goes to talk to Jarod, he says that it was the worst song he had ever heard, but also thanks Jarod for the kind donation he did. Before he leaves, Wayne Newton asks for Jarod's name and he replies that people call him Dick Dixon. His mistake, because he receives another punch.
